With that said, don’t get rid of those professionals just because you no longer need them. While it is true that there are now many more tools available than ever before, most people still prefer interacting face-to-face with potential customers, which isn’t going away any time soon.
In fact, according to one survey, 72% of respondents say they would rather talk to someone directly about a product/service than read advertising materials or hear advertisements. So while having these professionals around may be unnecessary, it definitely won’t go out of style anytime soon!
