How Many Brands Use Influencer Marketing

Influencers are now being paid to promote products and services for brands. This is called influencer marketing or sponsored content. It’s becoming increasingly common, especially with young people who have large social media followings.

By paying influencers to advertise your product, you get their audience exposure that may be more valuable than just buying an advertisement on TV or in a magazine.

Influencers can also boost brand awareness by promoting products they use themselves. They may even talk about how much their favorite product changed their life!

The most famous example of this is when Kylie Jenner announced she was pregnant and revealed her baby daddy was Kris Humphries, an NBA player, and entrepreneur. He marketed his line of children’s clothing after the announcement.

But there are many other ways influencers make money doing this. Some do it as part-time jobs while others make it a career. A few earn enough through advertising to live off of only working for companies once a month or so.

Many people enjoy supporting their favorite YouTubers or Instagram personalities and thus purchase their merchandise. Or maybe they watch their YouTube videos or read their blogs and then tell their friends about them, increasing traffic and sales for their sites and businesses.

Some create very popular online games or apps and receive income from ads placed within those applications.
