In the Messages section, you will see All Messages which show everything from direct messages to tweets you may have missed. In the Who To Follows section, you will see People You Are Following which shows a list of everyone who has recently logged onto your profile.

You can also click On-Site Analytics to check how many times your account was accessed from different devices, software, and browsers. These settings were previously located under Privacy but were moved here due to their growing popularity.

Create a Facebook page

A way to quickly remove most of the trending searches from your search history is by creating an appropriate level of access for one of these services. You can create a separate Facebook profile that is only used for accessing this particular feature, then delete that account!
