There are also settings such as Cartoon, Urban, Geometric, Relaxed, Minimalist, and More. All of these contain decoration that can be incorporated into your own creative stream.

The last one we will talk about here is Movie or Film. This one is pretty self-explanatory! Simply upload a movie and add the effects to get started quickly. You can do this easily by selecting “Add Effect” under the camera section of the app.

After doing so, hit “Try It Now” to apply it to your video.

Post more often

As mentioned before, one of the most important things to do when using tikTok is to post content! While it may feel tempting to use a pre-made song or video as your content, this is not the best way to use the app.

It is impossible to create your own music or videos unless you have access to a computer with internet service. This is not possible if you are currently in high school or college because you will need an account to be able to access those.
